Sites, intake, memberships, and care for political campaigns, advocacy groups, and 501(c)(3) nonprofits.
Clear work. Honest quotes. No sales theater.
The same package, scoped to the organization. Nothing here is a compliance filing service.
A multi-page site: home, about, an events list, a standalone event page, an opportunities page, a careers page, contact, membership sign-up, a page after checkout, and a printable card page.
Contact messages, job applications, and opportunity suggestions. Each one is saved for staff to review. A honeypot field rejects bot submissions. Job applications are rate-limited. This package does not send email alerts.
Membership sign-up with online dues through Stripe Checkout. The form collects a photo for the card. Checkout collects the payment and a US shipping address. A webhook updates the membership when Stripe reports it paid, failed, expired, or refunded. A donate button can point at a Stripe Payment Link. The dues amount is set per client.
Photo upload, an on-screen card preview, and a printed member ID card. Staff review the membership, then send the card to print. Automatic print-after-payment stays off unless that option is turned on. A test mode can upload a card and cancel it so nothing is printed.
A dashboard behind a login. Staff review applications, contact messages, opportunity suggestions, and memberships, and update their status. A card tool stores layout presets and saved card designs.
Hosting on OpenResty with a TLS certificate, access and error logs, and a repeatable deploy for pages, server code, and secrets. Ongoing care is available after launch.
Two tracks, kept separate. Advocacy groups sit alongside them.
Campaign sites, job and role applications, event pages, and contact intake. Online payments can be included where the committee’s own compliance rules allow. This package does not handle FEC or state campaign-finance compliance.
Nonprofit programs, issue education, and community work: pages, member sign-up, events, and contact intake.
501(c)(3) sites are built for nonpartisan education and member/community engagement and are not used for candidate campaign activity.
Advocacy organizations, including 501(c)(4) groups, can use the same pages, intake, events, and membership tools. The work is scoped to that group’s program. No party is assumed.
Campaign committee, advocacy group, or 501(c)(3). Say which pages, forms, and payments you need. Include your URL if you have one.
Often same day. Scope and timeline in writing — no pressure games.
